- We offer a pick up service at no extra charge from our location at 28 Curtin St Cabramatta NSW by appointment only. Please bring cash on pick up as we do not have credit card facilities at this location. - Shipping & Delivery
- We ship our orders using national carriers including TNT, Australia Post and Fastway couriers. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and dispatched shortly thereafter. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and is usually 4-5 days to Sydney Metro & Melbourne, 5-7 days to Brisbane, Gold Coast metro & Regional NSW, 5-6 days to Adelaide & Regional VIC & Regional QLD, 7-10 days to Perth & Regional SA, 8-10 days Regional WA, Tasmania and NT.

- We will endevour to repair or replace the item where possible but if the stock is no longer available then a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to a product defect or damage during transport, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. However if the request is to refund or exchange the item due to a change of mind then the buyer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping. we believe this is fair.

- If you have not paid for your order and are intending to pick it up then we only accept cash on pick up as we do not have the payment processing facilities at our pick up location. However if you are paying online, we offer bank deposit and Visa & Mastercard credit card payments through our payment provider PayPal. Bank deposit payments and credit card payments may take 1-3 business days to clear before we are able to process your order.
